question Do I have to pay a screen/set-up charge?

answer We do not charge for seperate screens for each colour because we do not use screen printing techniques! We also do not charge for setup of the machine.

question Do you not offer full colour process printing?

answer Yes we do. Just send us your artwork and we will do the best we can to ensure a quality print. Photographs are easily printed.

question What is the lead time on my order?

answer Usually 2 weeks. We are confident of turning around air freshener orders quicker than anyone in the country. Ask us if you require urgent air fresheners!

question How long does the fragrance last?

answer Shelf life when sealed is around 2 years. Once opened 2-3 Weeks as with most air fresheners on the market.

question Are the air fresheners individually bagged?

answer Yes, all of our air fresheners are supplied individually flow-wrapped as standard.

question Which fragrances are available?

answer Please visit the fragrance page for more information. Here you will find the most popular fragrances. Our fragrances are always under review so that you always have the latest and best fragrances on the market. Other specific fragrances may be sourced for your order though this could incur an extra charge.

question Can other fragrances be supplied which are not on your list?

answer We will source any particular fragrance you are interested in - please contact us with your needs.

question How do I place an order?

answer Please fill in our form and we will contact you for payments details or with a formal quotation. Quotes last from 30 days of the issue date.

question What are your payment terms?

answer We take payment with order. You can either pay by cheque, credit card, or a bank transfer.

question Is it possible to recieve a sample of an air freshener before placing an order?

answer Yes, please contact us, stating what shape and fragrance you would like.

question What format do you prefer artwork supplied as?

answer Ideally supplied as these formats: Adobe Illustrator 10 or Corel Draw 8. If you do not have either of these formats, send us what you do have. It may be possible for us to re-draw the artwork for you. It is now possible to print from full colour images.

question What shapes are available, and is it possible to use a shape of our own preference?

answer Please see this page. Currently: Circle and Square. We recommend the square shape because this gives a generous print area. A square shape also tends to collect and absorb more fragrance once sealed in the bag. A custom shape will be subject to a cutter charges POA. .
